Anne-Sophie founded League Network based on her 15 years leadership at NJ’s 5-sport Mountain Top League. She has been CMO, co-founder and director of B2B media and service firms, including Winning Media, Triathlete Magazine, Outsourcing Today, EmployeeService.com, SharedXpertise Media, Corporate Responsibility Magazine and the American Distilling Institute, and experienced 3 exits. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium), BA in International Business Management from Institute Commercial Nancy (France) and in English from University of Nancy II ( (France).. A fencer, swimmer, volleyball and backyard soccer player through high school, she came to the world of youth sports volunteering through her children. Jay Whitehead is a serial media and IT entrepreneur who has founded and led 10 B2B companies, raised $100+M in capital, sold $450+M in sponsorships, raised $10M for 104 charities in a donation-with-purchase enterprise, and achieved 5 exits. He met Co-Founder Anne-Sophie at Triathlete & Winning Magazines in San Francisco and they have since partnered on several B2B Media and community building ventures. Jay holds a BA in History from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), a Strategic Finance Certificate from the Harvard Business School, is a dual US-French citizen, has finished 72 marathons on his goal of 100, and has never met a team sport he didn’t like.

Erik Adamonis . Erik is certified in inbound marketing and social selling, and has deep experience building modern B2B social and digital marketing and sales campaigns. Erik earned his BA in communications and marketing from Ramapo College in New Jersey, earned all-state honors in high school soccer and continues as a club player.
Business Development Leader
David Goldberg has 35 years in youth and pro sports management and sponsorship. After serving as Sports Information Director at Manhattan College, he led Footlocker’s marketing operation for a decade, then was partner at Fusion sports, then VP Marketing and Sponsorship at Taubman for a dozen years. He’s also led marketing for Cal Ripken Baseball and continues to consult for sports infrastructure services such as Aon. Dave holds a BA in Journalism from LIU Post, and is a fan of sports of all types, from hoops to hardball to team twirling.
Gurvinder Batra built the pioneering digital publishing assets for Aptara, and serves as CTO at Kiwitech, League Network’s investor and IT development partner, leading a team of over 100 developers. While not on airline flights between his home office in Delhi, India and the US, Gurvinder follows international sports from soccer to cricket to MLB, NBA, NHL and NFL.
